 Michał Jaworski

Attorney at law and manager with 20 years of professional experience in business, public administration and legal services for private entities, both as an in-house lawyer and a partner in one of the largest law firms in Poland (Forystek i Partnerzy) and a co-owner of his own law firm, manager in an international corporation (Ahold Central Europe), board member in a company from the aviation sector in Poland (John Paul II International Airport in Balice), member of an international legal association Worldwide Airports Lawyers Association, laureate of the FORBES Professionals 2013 award and arbitration judge. Proxy of Radio Kraków; he has also performed the Head of Legal function in a company from the aviation sector. He has completed Executive MBA studies, holds an MBA (EFMD accreditation) from the Cracow School of Business (CSB), EM Normandie Business School, AESE Business School; he has completed doctoral studies at the Jagiellonian University, as well as MA studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

 Marcin Sűss

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (MA thesis defended at the Department of Civil Law of the Jagiellonian University). Since 2009, a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków.
He has extensive experience in representing business entities, public administration bodies and natural persons before common and administrative courts.

He has the comprehensive skills necessary in the daily work of a legal counsel, which he acquired while cooperating with numerous law firms of legal counsels, advocates and bailiffs, as well as working as a lawyer at the Regional Labour Inspectorate in Kraków. In his work, he always puts the client’s interests first. 

He specialises in civil law (with particular emphasis on contract law), civil procedure, commercial law and labour law.

 

Adrianna Suszyło-Żmuda

Attorney-at-law, graduate of administration and law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. In 2022 she completed her training as an attorney-at-law trainee at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, and in 2023 she passed the attorney-at-law exam. She completed her studies in administration in 2016 with the defense of her master’s thesis titled. „Characteristic and protection of author’s moral rights, based one an example of audiovisual work”. She completed her legal studies in 2019, defending her master’s thesis titled “Legal regulation of fashion based on Intellectual Property Law”.

Since 2016, she has been gaining professional experience in cooperation with Crakow law firms. Since 2019, she has specialized in labor law and provides ongoing legal services to businesses and individuals. Her academic and professional interests include labor law and intellectual property law, especially copyright law.

She began working with the firm in 2021. She provides ongoing services to entrepreneurs and individuals, advises on individual and collective labor law and represents the firm’s clients in disputes before Labor Courts.

 

Wojciech Firek

Trainee attorney-at-law at the Cracow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the Jagiellonian University in the field of legal sciences, researcher on a scientific project financed by the National Science Centre (PRELUDIUM BIS 4), associate of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Constitutional Studies at the Jagiellonian University (2020/2023), graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University (2022). Graduate of the second level of the Academy of Leaders of the Republic of Poland and the business law school „Magic Circle Training by Linklaters”. Author of publications on constitutional law and civic participation (ORCID). President of the Demokracja w Praktyce Association.

He specialises in civil and business law and litigation. His interests also include issues in the field of constitutional and administrative law and civil society issues.

 Sylwia Galska-Pelc

Graduate of the Faculty of Political Science at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University. Since 2010, she has been providing administrative services for companies, and since 2014 – administrative and accounting services for law firms. She speaks English.

 Klaudia Światłowska

Graduate of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication at Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Since 2023, she has been providing administrative services to companies and administrative and accounting services to law firms. In her free time she is engaged in portrait and outdoor photography.
